- The kayak of Olivia's uncle has a large A, the word ZENO, and 4 square dots - 3 green and one red.
- The shot of the Dollhouse could be a shout out to the new Joss Whedon show of the same name.
- The symbol on the floor is the FBI seal.

Another one is, Right before they went to commerical they do that thing, where its black screen and like an apple in the middle. Well Look more close at those, One was of a child's hand, but the HAND had FIVE 5 fingers and ONE 1 thumb! So 6 fingers and thumb on one hand!

On unforum folks are talking about Zeno's paradox went to Wikipedia. Check it out. There is something on MD's website regarding zeno's initative. Too lenghty to discuss here.
Also some Zeno stuff on the Massive Dynamic Web site: "MD's Zeno-Transit Initiative aims to take that process to the limit, making near-instantaneous travel a reality in your lifetime."
Those green and red dots were on the bad dude's hat in "The Arrival."

the dot pattern is the pattern thing in one of the episodes that makes time pass...like a hypnosis thingy.

As somebody else said before, the 3 Green 1 Red Dot is the light color sequence that hypnotizes people (makes time pass) in Episode 8.
Episode 8 is where a lady abducted a boy to have him complete a musical song that is really the mathematical equation.
I was wondering if what we see is indeed her memories OR John's - now that we now see has some of his memories and is unable to distinguish between her x his.
