Interestingly enough, this site wasn't even indexed on Google until I searched for 'fringe "observers are here"'. I talk more about Google's weird behavior regarding this page on my blog here. Yes, I shamelessly stole your screen grab; I tried getting my own but I couldn't pause it quite right and got lazy :)

"Observers are here" appears in the same place during the opening title sequence in episodes 2 & 3 as well.
Could this reference the observer introduced in episode 4?
It's part of the title sequence on all episodes. My theory is that the Observers are going to play a continuous part in the show, and the fact that September is in the background on so many occasions cannot be a coincidence.

Actually, The observers are here appears on every episode's screen title. I was immensely excited when i found it. Every episode from season 1-3. (Haven't seen any season 4 yet, but i am going to assume this continues.) This includes episodes from the alternate and from the past and future. It has all got to do with the observers. EVERYTHING.
