I think it's definitely the same guy as in the preview, and the uniform (the suit, the tie, the hat) has me agreeing that it's probably him again walking in front of MD in the pilot.

I think whoever this is..if he keeps appearing in the episodes then we should start looking to find out his identity.
It is definatly creepy how it seems he is staring at you from the screen. The 102 picture disturbs me.

has anyone elsed noticed if you zoom in on the massive dynamic building picture there looks to be letters in the reflection of the building. at first i thought it may be the reflection of the massive dynamic logo but i can see the letters UST NOT and maby ee. it's on the far left hand side in the reflection int he revolving doors.

if you go back and watch the video of this guy, you see him turn and stare at Broyles as they walk by. the creepy music even kicks in when he does it. it's even more disturbing than that picture up there.
why called september? September is a time of change...is this symbolic of something?
JJ said look for an observer.. The bald man was seen in the pilot when we saw the "pen rose" clue. Maybe there is a clue to be found where he is in this episode?

Yes, you can see the bald man somewhere in every episode, just before something bad is going to happen, I have seen him a lot and he is always just observing. is creepy.
