Who is this bald man, and why is he always lurking around. He was last seen at the hospital. Is this the "observer" that JJ mentioned, and that is mentioned in the opening title sequence with the "Observers Are Here" message?

The seconds he is on screen are getting shorter and shorter. I think these are clones not just one man. think spies for MD.

I agree with Sean on the clone theory, since if you watch a few minutes before the train scene, there are three agents talking before creepy black guy (I forgot his name! he's from lost...) waves his hand at them. One of them looks awfully like creepy bald guy from behind...

argexpert, it certainly is the creepy bald guy who was just talking to Charlie before broyles talks to him. I was just about to comment about that but you beat me to it.
Yeah i'm not too sure they are ready to open the clone door just yet... i think this guy is a single player.

theres a moment when they check the video camera from the frozen people and check on the girl with the backpack, theres a TOTALLY CREEPY BALD GUY LOOKING AT HER

in the scene when they review the films, the second pass, the lines "stop, go back, can we close on that woman"... the damn creepy baldie just got me shivers, oh and hes not wearing suit, he has plain clothes... observer quite right
