While Peter is rifling through Walter's files, he uncovers a old photo of himself with his dad. Underneath the photo, is a birth certificate for a Kyle Richard Beltran, born October 10, 1999 - almost nine years ago. You can also make out the mothers name - Amy Beltran, maiden name Steffan. Who's child is this, or was this one of Dr. Bishop's patients (or experiments)?

HA! I actually started to piece together those caps, too. Nice job!
I'm really curious about this all, too.
Maybe connected to Peter some how?
Thanks for putting up the screen caps. Why is a nomad like Peter going through Walter's files in the first place? Only to give an excuse to show us the birth certificate. It has to be important.
Obviously Peter's searching through the 'B' box here -- Bishop, Beltran, etc.
Has anyone attempted to examine the labels on the other file folders?
In the 3rd shot above, I can clearly see "Bristol Myers". I presume that's a reference to Bristol-Myers Squibb, a pharmaceutical company.
I thought the file before it was Beth Israel.
Beth Israel -- A hospital in New York
Quite possibly meaningless but Bristol-Myers Squibb's headquarters are also in New York.
Didn't see that one myself, but I'm only going by the screencaps given here. (Bristol Myers visible in the background of cob3.jpg) Might be a few more visible ones if one were to go back to the source. (At work, so not an option for me at this point.)
Beth Israel is also ha hospital in Boston.
I think he's Peter's son.
wait a minute - if that pic is of a kid born in 1999, how can Walter be in a picture with him, since he was in an institution? The style of the picture look like early 80's, which would be about right for the child in the picture to be Peter, who would be in his mid-to-late 30's now. So that can't be whoever this Kyle kid is. Still, why would Walter have any files from anything newer than the 17+ years he'd been in the hospital?
