I also noticed the S.E. Kramer manufacturing warehouse. Good call on the connection to Pop. Mechanics.
Can anyone else read the flyer on the telephone poll outside of the diner in Brooklyn screen cap? That might be a clue to the next episode. We need a higher reolution pic.
Another funny coincidence...If you search his name on the Popular Mechanics website, you will see a list of all his blog posts...one of which was about a crane crash in NYC.
Can any one make out what it says on the flyer on the telephone pole between the "o" and "r" in the Brooklyn New York screencap? Namaste...and good luck...
I just posted this under the Episode 4 - S.E. Kramer thread, but I'll re-post it here too:
I just went back and looked...Here is what is printed on the flyer outside the diner in Brooklyn:
Unlock your hidden potential Better Health 800-555-0XXX (last three numbers were unreadable to me, even in high def. Better Confidence Better You
Could be something, could be nothing...If the full phone number was readable, that might help. Maybe someone else has better eyes (or a better TV) than me!
Maybe if we look at the shots of the observer leaving the cafe we can get a better look at the flyer. I've only got hulu to review this on (no dvr) so maybe someone w/ a high def dvr could double check this too. I'll post if I find anything w/ my limited resources.
I just went back and checked...When the Observer leaves the diner, the scene is framed to the left side of the diner, and the pole and sign are not in the shot. So, I guess we're left with the first shot as the camera pans in towards the diner...And I still can't read that phone number.

I posted this a couple of other places, but no one has commented on it...
Did anyone notice the sign on the warehouse towards the beginning of Episode 4? It said: "S.E. Kramer Manufacturing"
Which is the same name as the author of the Popular Mechanics blog posts debunking the various scientific claims in each episode.

Another cool connection aussie. You're good at this. By the way, here's your screencap. Thanks for the tips.

eag880, if you've got a good enough connection, check out Fox's on streaming video, it's in HD.
