i might be seeing things but i wonder if a closer look at the Fischer ring might show three green stone and a red stone...?
Maybe Fischer's ring only has the 3 green dots, and Nina Sharp's has the one red dot and they're linked...also didn't Olivia say that the boat with the dots she saw in the dream state belonged to her uncle? What's the connection there?
in the first episode, didn't she have a robotic hand with a glove? she had apparently had it for years, but now she has a "real" hand.
That is her robotic hand... the skin glove is very realistic. She even mentions in that episode (The Same Old Story) that her hand gets sweaty when she flies.
Don't forget about the bouncing red dot on the MD site. Nina has a red stone in her ring.
I think that the guy trying to steal the probe thingy that vibrates works for MD, it makes a bit of sense to me
I have a theory. In the next episode, the Ghost Network, the show starts off w/ the people on the bus petrified in the amber-like substance. To me, Nina Sharp's ring looks like amber, which could be an easter egg...
