The Pigeon GPS Tracking system used to find Joseph Meegar, pinpointed his location to a warehouse in Worcester, MA. By matching the street names, the exact location can be found (some street names have been changed to protect the innocent), however the actual neighborhood looks nothing like what is seen in the episode.

I think it looks similar. The map on the left is a much wider shot than the photo on the right.
So Main St. became Mill St. and Austin St. became Tempest St. The fact that there really is a Mill St. made it hard to match up.
That is to say nothing of the fact that FRINGE is filmed in New York City and not actually in Massachusetts.
