Here are some various screenshots from St. Claire's Hospital. One interesting drawing on the wall appears to be a six-fingered hand - which is one of the Fringe symbols / glyphs.
It looks like the bridge .... I also thought that was a sixfingered hand when I first saw the episode, but after I examined it closer I kind of dismissed it. I don't think it is .....
I think St. Claire's may be a part of the unknown organization. I thought the administator took way too much interest and issue with Walter. Who is Derrick Hatcher?
i don't believe it is a 6 fingered hand, i think that it is a normal hand that has been traced and colored in to look like a turkey like kids do in elementary school.
Normally when one traces their hand and then colors it to be a thanksgiving turkey, one uses the thumb to represent the head of the turkey... Count the points on that drawing and you will see there are 5 red or orange and 1 green or yellow...
If the drawing of the bridge is the one from episode 102 then one could also say that the drawing of the person with the circle around them on the orange paper is a representation of the bus incident in episode 103: the Ghost Network.
Red and green are showing up everywhere. When they do the heicopter shots of Boston either day or night they go by the John Hancock Towers. One displays weather colors.
the pictures on the wall have the same pattern of the the dominoes. but the cards on the wall are a bit diffirent. just as the collor markers are a bit diffirent too. but they all go 4 blocks up horizontal en then something with 2 en 1 horizontal of vertical.
the chess pieces are in a pattern as well. Black-white-black-white..etc.
the crayons in the shot previous to this (the one with the black man coloring) are also in the same pattern as the dominoes and the pictures on the wall.
Don't know if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but the other dominoes on the table (not the ones in the same pattern as the cards) are stacked in piles corresponding to the Fibonacci sequence-a key to this week's episode.
Looks like a six fingered hand to me. Also there is the picture that looks like the bridge, one that almost looks like a woman with a very large orange head (possibly the woman whose head exploded?), the man with all the lines around him (the people on the bus, or maybe the man who had the electric charge?) it also looks like one of the pictures has the spiral again
www.observersarehere.com looked at the patterns repeated through the room. (dominoes, drawings, crayons) as Morse Code and got the letters H G and W....
As in H.G. Wells perhaps? seems to fit in like a puzzle piece. His works have direct influence on the shows subject matter.
The Time Machine, The Invisible Man, and The Island of Dr. Moreau!
Is it just me, or does the picture of the six fingered hand (top right) seem to look an awful lot like the sky view of a city map? /The cracks in the hands could either be streets or waterways, and the lighter colored sections could be indications of Altitude change.

Is the other picture the bridge from episode 102: The Same Old Story?

It's not six fingered, but it looks like the hand of someone missing their bottom half - stuck in a wall maybe?
