Does the observer know what is about to happen? Is that why he is there?
I think he does... He's usually there observing something related to the case, either with the incident in the beginning or at the resolution... but whatever it is he always seems to know...
When he walks into the corridor after this one there is also a man with hair standing at the side of the corridor, and if you look all the way down the corridor there is a bold man standing in the exact same stance, and pretty much the same position as the observer. I think thats also the observer as well.
I was pretty sure I saw the observer again in the episode, when Olivia is on the phone (like last time). It was a bald man in a suit, who followed her with his eyes.
It makes me wonder if this has all been planned ahead and someone or something is looking for particular outcomes.
I think he also is in the scene when Olivia is on the phone, outside the Massive Dynamic building, after the meeting with Nina. He walks up and stands by the double doors near the far left of the screen.
it wasn't the observer outside the MD building. that mas was black and was wearing al long black coat.
I went through the entire episode and didn't notice him in any public scenes other than possibly at the beginning. I'm pretty sure that was him outside the elevator or at the end of the hall. That other guy standing in the hall too was kind of suspicious. Maybe there is more than one observer? The thing that made the observer was how hairless he is. Is that a key trait of an observer? The other guy standing in the hall def. had hair.
The guy at the end outside of MD was black and wasn't in the same suit.
That's not The Observer. That's just a guard in a suit. You see another guy down another hallway doing the same thing but he has a full head of hair. This guy looks like he just has close shaved hair, not a bald head.
ROOOK, im pretty sure its the observer, if u can find him somewhere else in the episode congrats, but until then this guy is 100% the observer. He always at key parts, and this was a pretty key part.

yeah u cant find him causese this is him, about the black suit case, he also usually has a hat, last episode he didnt have one, but he had his ohh so precious suit case. that sounded a little harsh, didnt mean to be so harsh, i just think thats the observer

I beg to differ - The Observer was NOT present at MD. The person in question is a security guard who happens to look from afar like the Observer.
I look at it another way... the fact the MD does have security guards standing around is a perfect cover for the Observer. Otherwise, Mark young would think, why is there a bald dude hanging around by the elevators. He's used to guys in suits standing around, so he doesn't even notice him.
Given the fact that there are no other plausible sightings of the Observer, I don't think there's any reason to doubt that this is him.
If you look on the far left of the screen after the board of directors says "a rocky start" -- and the guy takes off his jacket.. the observer (well a bald man in that pose with his back to the wall) is there.. and then when they cut away, he is gone.
the observer isnt from this life form neither from this planet thats why he dissapears
also the fact he is unoticable in human eyes

MD knows about them but still more reaserch...
