The Observer was spotted just outside of the Philadelphia Mutual Savings Bank. He can be seen in the very beginning of the episode, on the security camera screen, just before it blanks out.You can see all of The Observer's other appearances here.

right after this.. when they show the guy hooking up the wires on the electronic box thing, you can see the series of green green green red lights on it. though they are not lit up, you can still see the different colored bulbs.

Nothing to do with this thing about the Observer, only b/c theres no post about this- But what possibly could they be doing with Olivia and whats his face (from the prison i forgot his name) its gonna be cool w/e it is- and also i think Nina Sharp is gonna try and get Olivia to get those memories of John Scotts

the observer is in every episode check the re-runs over christmas he is there i promise check the lift episode and the airport in germany
