The next episode clue from the Fringe episode Midnight, is the "crawl" on the news report at the very beginning, with a news update "Mysterious Fire Breaks Out Downtown".
In The Road Not Taken, Susan Pratt catches on fire after she lets her ability take over. If that's not a mysterious fire, I don't know what is... It could also refer to the "alternate reality" fire that Olivia sees on the street.

The "He Is Here" tag on the brick building really stuck out to me when this first aired...
yeah really did anyone else see that, Brian and I aparently did
Yeah I saw it too!
So who is he?
Is this the "alternate reality" (referenced by Charlie) where half of the city is under quarantine?
you're not the only one. the other thing I noticed in that scene is that the Ambulance sounded like a French Ambulance does. I pointed it out to my wife. If you look at 18:46 on hulu, it shows the parking garage and downtown WITHOUT the "he is here" message.
Yeah, the He... stuck out too me too- maybe its relating to the Observers from the opening title sequence when it says "the Observers are here" maybe it states as in he is here this episode or something.
Or perhaps the "HE" is the terrible thing that Walter was crying about near the end when he said "something terrible ...... i dont know what it is though"
I'd suggest that "He is here" is a corollary to the "He's not dead" messages seen previously, referring to Dunham's ex?
Maybe this means that he survives in the alternate reality and she'll encounter him again there.
Please no. John Scott is dead!!!
Yes, keep John Scott dead. We don't want to venture into Heroes territory where no one dies because you just go back in time or give them Claire's blood (or put their mind in a shape shifter...)
Maybe the "He Is Here" refers to David Jones, The Observer, or William Bell?
I'm saying it is referring to William Bell who I believe we will finally see in next week's episode. I believe Olivia will be transported to the "alternate reality" where William Bell has been throughout the series. Bell has always been said to be "traveling" when asked where he is.
I noticed that, too (Sorry, I requested a cap in the screencap thread before I checked here).
It was a creepy thing and maybe it's trying to say that someone else is there -- you know how they're always saying that Dr. Bell is "traveling". Maybe he's here in the alternate reality?
Check Next week's preview through the "Spoiler" Category- she does in fact meet William Bell- nd i think the scene in the Forest at the end, is them travelling dimesions/ realities or w/e u wanna call them
